Scott Metals supply Non-Slip Extruded Aluminium Step Treads (see images)
to complement our range of Steel Stair Stringers.
Aluminium Step Treads are virtually maintenance free, aesthetically pleasing, termite proof, and are non-combustible.
Adjustable fixing positions are integrated into the design of the Step Tread making
installation simple. The ribbed grooves on the Stair Tread extend over the front
edge for a maximised grip area. Pricing Table below.
250x50mm Aluminium Stair Treads are supplied complete with pre-fitted Cast Aluminium End Caps and pre-inserted Galvanised Nuts and Bolts.
IN STOCK: 900, 1000 and 1200mm. Allow 3 days for other sizes

Aluminium Step Treads are Bushfire resistant. Reaction to 'Fire Tests and Burning Behavior' conducted by AWTA Product Testing, resulted in findings of "Does Not Ignite". This makes the use of Aluminium Step Treads suitable for Bushfire prone areas. When installed in conjunction with Steel Stair Stringers a homes resistance to Bushfire attack is significantly improved.
